The Brain Audit, a book by Sean D’Souza, goes through how the brain makes decisions in a step-by-step process, leading up to the sale.

We’ve taken certain aspects of this process and worked it into the way we strategize for our client websites. Analyzing customers, and delivering on what they are looking for helps to increase new business to our clients.
